Btw, your AP1500 you currently have is fine, but it's a bit too much power for that Kicker. so keep that in mind when setting your gains, and set them a bit low.

yea they aint bad. just kinda wish i had em back to see what they would do with a good box and amp. when i got em i had bamf 5500 wired to 2 ohm specs say 2500rms ( more like 1200rms maybe 600rms each lmao)... and my voltage ***** i was a "SUPER NOOB" lol.. still dont know alot though.

Haha it's all good. Well the sale isnt final yet so should I change to a dual 4 and run at 2 ohms on my AP? What y'all suggest??

if you keep the AP, i would do the dual 4 because its 1500 @ 1 ohm. my wife has a 15 L7 and hers heats up pretty well on 1000 lol so yea id go 2 ohm on the same

AP, that would be a pretty good combo. but of course thats IMO.

just get the d4 since its not done yet, and run the ap @ 2ohm. you'll be happy. plus gives you a little more power for later

Kicker is not that bad of a name.. Super mainstream, but their amps are nice.
