Amp running straight DC?

I have an Orion 1200d and for some reason when you turn the key on, the sub juss pops up and stays there and it tries to melt the vocie coils (15" cvr). It does this whether RCAS are plugged in or not. I got a good ground, tight on the 2nd battery right beside it. Is the amp running straight DC? Amp turns on and off fine.

Sounds like a broken amp. Get it fixed.
