Amp repair

Took off bottom plate of amp and saw this piece came loose. Would this itself cause my amp to not send power to the sub unless pressure is applied to left side where the part is no longer connected? How would i go about fixing this if so, im not going to do it myself as i am an idiot about this stuff but know many professionals in the electrical field. Any help would be appriciated

Yes lol that can def be a problem. Solder that back on. As for further amp repair advice ayeyaiyai too much to teach too lazy to type.

Digg im a lazy bum as well so i feel where u coming from, appriciate your help man was gonna get it soldered back on by my uncle, he works for computer company repairing them so figure it should be about the same just a little tighter space. Hope this is all that is causing my problem though

Let me know if you still have issues after, I can send you a pretty good guide for understanding amplifier repair....its kind of a read though, but you could give it to one of your friends.
