Amp Repair Sites/Places

I would NEVER suggest anyone sending their amp to KBaudio. I used them to repair a PPI PC2150, probably my favorite amp ever, and it was in perfect condition. Well their service was extremely poor, slow, and not what they stated. Packing and care for the amp was the worst I have ever seen. The box it came back to me in looked like it had been ran over by a truck multiple times, the mounting feet on the amp were damaged, their was a scratch along the top of the amp. And they did nothing about it! I will never use them again nor suggest anyone too.

I've got what appears to be a dead JL Audio 500/1 -- when I connect the power, it starts drawing 10-15 amps -- and that's with the stereo OFF and the autosense turned OFF, but never sends any output to my sub. Any suggestions on a good, reliable place to send it for repair?

Btw, I'm in the D/FW area.

Thanks for the props!

There are now at least 25 amps in the shop @ dB-r and I am working hard to get them all done in time. I am in the process of hiring someone to help me out. Thanks everyone for the business!
