Those xicon caps you listed from parts express are not good caps. Ideally you want caps that are rated for 105 degrees celcius(those xicons are only 85) and something with a lower esr(equivalent series resistance) . Go to mouser or digikey and look for some Panasonic FC series caps if you plan on replacing what you have but honestly I think it is a waste of time. Unless the caps are bulging and or leaking electrolyte they are most likely ok. The 50 volt capacitors in your amp are most likely the rail caps and the 35 volt caps could be power input filtering caps but I would really need to see the inside of your amp to know what they are for. As far as removing the old caps (or most through hole components) you could use a desoldering pump, desoldering braid or a combination of the two. The desoldering pump(or solder sucker as it was called earlier) will get most of the solder but won't leave the hole and solder pad the cleanest. At that point you would use a little desoldering braid to clean it up. If you wanted to insure a clean surface for soldering in the new components clean the solder pads with acetone after you get all of the old solder off. Like I said though its probably a waste of time to change out those caps if they look ok physically
