This amp has been checked by a dealer and has a busted channel. I dont want to send it to jl b/c they want 175-200 to fix. I could buy a new amp for that. Does anyone have a suggestion (replace resistor etc.) How can i diagnose which channel is blown?

Any suggestion appreciated thanks

I haven't seen anyone mess around with JL's on their own in here. If you can find an equivalent then go for it. If you don't really care about messing something up then go for it.

what do you mean by a "busted" channel? Is your amp blowing fuses when remote turn on voltage is applied? or is it blowing a fuse the second you put one back in it without remote turn on voltage? Just no output? something totally different? let us know
