Amp questions

I have a mitsubishi 3000gt that has a alpine CDA-7875 headunit, also has infinity door speakers. Are those stock?

Also, if i replace my headunit and buy an amp to go with a new one, will it blow up my current speakers?

I am new to this car audio stuff. any adive you can give me i would appreciate. I am looking for a good dual-din headunit, what brands are good? which should i stay away from?
