With this amp, I'll be powering (2) 2ohm 8" svc subs that are 125wrms. I want to send 125-150rms to them. I'm not the most knowledgeable person about audio, but it seems like the amp could power 2 OR 4, and I right?

The only way to run it at 1 ohm would be 2 subs.

4 of them would present a 2 ohm load (if 2 were wired in series, then the pairs were wired in parallel), which would only get you 300 watts for all 4.
