ill be prob getting two 1500 watt twelves but the things is they are dual 2 ohms. this means ill have two wire them to a 1/2 ohm. what amp would best match the power and ohm requirments.

Two SAZ-1500's strapped, then wire to two ohms.

none of the major amps are going to say they are stable at .5 ohm....guarantee you put those subs in the box and the impedence your amp sees is atleast a .7

well i have one mmats d1500.1 so i could get another or sale it and grab an aq 2200 not sure wats the best option yet

My bad, I didnt read below.

You have a lot of good advice. I like the two SAZ-1500's strapped @ 2 ohms. You'll just have to run your subs in series...its safer than a non-recommended .5 ohm load on a single amp and will still pound hard.
