I have a kicker 2500.1 is it possible for me to run that for a little while with a capacitor until I can do my electric system over,cause I tried to do the big three but the battery to alternator part is blowing me

yes. it is possible. Be gentle on your gains. But back to the problem. Exacely where are you stuck with the batt to alt?

The positive doesnt go to the alternator it goes to another section under my car

You just need to add a wire from the + of the battery to the + of the alternator. You dont need to mess with any of the existing wiring.
