amp question...

is it true that when you put your amp at the back of the rear seat, it can easily damage the amp because of the heat it get from the sunlight ray? (PS: i'm from brunei, its located at the equatorial region, so it can be very hot here at noon)

and which one will do more damage, placing the amp underneath direct sunlight or placing the amp upside down?

depending on the heat sink design, it may be ok to mount it upside down. i wouldnt put it in direct sunlight because you will be experiencing thermal protection a lot since the amp will most likely be at it shut off temp before it is running, and it it is in direct sunlight, then most likely it is eyecandy for thieves.

no, mounting on the back of a seat in a trunk, like in a sedan, will not hurt an amp if it has plenty of room around it for cooling, above it, dont push stuff up directly on it or close to it when its in you put stuff in your trunk
