I need a good not top of the line amp for either 1 15 solabaric L7 or a amp for 2 L7 12"

the 15 is 2000 peak watts

each 12 is 1500 peak watts

The 12"s handle 750wRMS and the 15" handles 1000w RMS. It also depends on coil config. Dual 2 ohm or 4 ohm... The easiest would be 1 15 with dual 2 ohm coils. Then you need a 1000w x1 @ 1 ohm... and there are LOTS of those floating around
