Amp question

Hi, if i only know that an amp will output 50rms per channel with a 4 ohms load speaker, does it mean that for a 2 ohms load speaker it will output 100 rms or no? because that is is the case with my amp and i am bridging a sub so i dont know the output for the bridging at 4ohms load sub. Clipping occurs when we find and set the voltage at a higher rms power stated on the amp? For a 50 rms amp if we set the voltage to get 60rms thats when clipping occurs? thx a lot guys
