Amp Problem?

I have an Infiniti 1300A, i bought this amp at bestbuy. i brought it home and tried to put it in a ford taurus with a Clarion deck, i plugged in the RCA's and the speakers just sat there and popped like static was going through them. until i unplugged them. i then got a dodge neon and put a blauhpunkt deck in it, plugged the amp in and it worked fine. then i tried putting the amp in a eclipse with a Pioneer HU, and it does the popping thing again. idk what to do?
