Amp problem

Hi!! First of all sorry for my bad english

I bought a small amp on ebay for pretty cheap but it has a problem. The amp is a pionneer premier gm-h55.

The amp works quite fine at low volume and when I try to listen at a hier volume it shut off (head unit too).

Is this an amp problem or maybe a too small of power wire?? (power wire is tiny but worked fine with previous ams)

upgrade you power wire to a bigger size, it might not be getting sufficient power. if it still does it let us know
