Amp pro 4

Can someone help me out on a 2017 ram 2500? I had a 2013 with focal 6x9, fosgate amp, 2 JL audio 10’s hooked to stock head unit and a audio mobile am-LDQ4.. I sold that truck 2 years ago and kept the amp and subs.. I finally had a chance to install them in the 2017 but instead of the ldq4 they installed a amppro4 interface.. the interface has its own bass knob, which is cranked all the way up .. this has very little bass from 8-28 on volume.. is this interface not the correct one ?
