Sony XAV-62BT Headunit - won't play some MP3's then it will?

Hi guys,

Hoping someone can explain an issue I'm having with some playlists on a USB that won't play on this Sony Headunit. When I go to play certain playlists, I tap the folder, it lists the songs and then on the first song it will give a message on the screen saying "unsupported Format" it then skips to the next song and says the same. Once it has done this for all 16 tracks it starts at track 1 again but now it plays them ok? We use this player in a Limousine for customers and this particular playlist is very popular. We have a similar Sony Headunit in another Limo and we don't have this issue?
