amp power subs?????

i am looking to get the Phoenix Gold tantrum series 1200W amp and hooking it up to 2 Audiobahn ALUM10Q's. i need help fast please someone help me out here thnx!

take alook at wiring configs for wiring the subs to the amp, and yeah everything else is pretty self explanatory...? ..please ask for any other help ya may need1`

well i am new at car audio (i know a little but not much) and this is my first system. so my questions are

1. Will the phoenix gold tantrum 1200W power two ALUM10Q's sufficiently?

2. If not, then what other 10'' subs would you suggest for ultimate sq in the 200-250$ range?

i think its a bit under-powered.. the subs are rated at 800watts constant each and the amp only puts out 1400watts RMS x 1 @2ohms.

Try one of the JL 10'ers.

If you want anything even remotely resembling SQ, do not go with Audiobahn.

Do you already have that amp and you're just looking for subs?

no, i don't have either, i'm was just suggested by a friend that the PG 1200W was very good. i would appreciate some help, i want top notch sq. any suggestions for the amp or the subs? budget=600-750$ for both amp and subs. thnx guys.

How much room do you have to work with in your trunk? Are you dead set on either a single or dual sub setup?

nope, open to anything basically. um...trunk space, not exactly sure, it's an audi 100 4 door. or i might put this system in a jeep grand cherokee but just tell me what you would get with that budget, i'll make the trunk space work. thnx, and hit me up on msn if you have it qzxxqx@hotmail.com
