Amp opinion

Without knowing the brand I want to get some opinions. Just by looking at the pics do you guys think this amp will do rated power? 1100rms at 1 ohm. I don't plan on using it, it was thown in on a trade so basically free. I just never would have expects it to look like this. Actually doesnt look too bad
