Amp on but no output from sub.

I have a Diamond D9 and two D6 amps. My front channel works but I get a hissing from the speakers slightly when the ignition is on and more when the car is started. I grounded each amp with stinger HPM ground feet and 4 gau wire.

Now the other problem is my sub is not working, the power light is on on the amp but there is no output at all. I checked the deck(Eclipse 8454) and the non fader/low output is at 10.... I triple checked the RCAs and the only other problem I can think of would be either with my terminal cub on the back of the box or something inside the box happened.... I am planning on taking it to the shop tomorrow but would like to know if there is some common issue that I am over looking... thanks.

have you checked with a DMM at the speaker outputs on the amp whether its outputing anything?

Work back from there. see if the RCA's are outputing, then the deck etc etc.

Old post but just thought I would say that it was the RCa out puts from the amp not putting anything out, so I sent it back to diamond and should have it back in about a week.
