Amp not working

Ok so about a month ago my bass cut out while I was listening to music and I never had the time to work on it until today. So my amp turns on, but doesn't have any output. I've tried using the other rca wires that run to the door speakers amp on the bass amp but the amp still doesn't have any output. Can someone help me I'm almost positive it's not the amp that's causing this problem because I hooked up another amp and that one didn't work either! Any help? By the way the amp is grounded directly to a battery in the back.

Have you check the Sub woofer setting on the HU to see if it turned off?

Are your gains properly set?

Have you tried another sub to the amp?

Everything is set on the HU and the subs work because when the amp is powered on you can feel them thump when you move around the output wires when they're loose.

it's not uncommon for wires to come loose inside the sub box.
