i have been looking in my jeep for a place to mount the amp and i dont have a lot of room. the only place i can find is under the back seet where there is still not a lot of room. will this be enought room for the amp to breathe? will it get adequate ventilation. keep in mind, it will be a tight fit but the amp still will be getting air. btw, it is a CL1200 runnng to a 12" L7

as long as your sending air over the heat sink you should be fine.
