amp mounting question

I know a lot of you have amps mounted to the back of seats, I want to do this but my seats have metal backs in them. Is it ok to screw it into these metal backs or is that going to ground the amp to the chasis?

Snova I know you have a pthfinder and I thought I saw your amps mounted on the backs of the seats, did you have metal on yours?

i think that the chassis of the amp usually is ground, that's why you get wicked sparks when you touch the power wire to the amp chassis... i could be wrong, but i don't think you will have a problem. if it starts to sizzle or something, put a piece of carpet/rubber between the amp and seat.
