Amp mounting question

I dont plan on moving it i was thinking if it being directly to the metal would pose some electrical threat, but based on what you guys have said i guess not. Ill go screw it in and post some pics.

 
Alright all went well and now it looks alot better than just sitting in the trunk.

it might have better cooling if you used the MDF as a spacer (more airflow around the amp). another plus, it would look like it was floating and you can tell people your amp is magical.
