amp messed?...or not?

Hi, the amp is an Alipine MRV-T707 - powers front components.

there has always been a strange noise in the front speakers, i called them squirells, not engine noise because it would make this noise with the engine off as well, the noise doesnt get louder with the volume its a high pitched whining noise almost like a turbine winding up and down....so anyway when the volume up at all you could only hear it between songs so i use it anyway,.....

...now the problem, last night the amp shut off, protection mode i assume, volume was high but much lower than i normally listen, so i turn it down and the amp kicks back on for about 30 seconds then it blows both onboard fuses.

i replaced the fuses, same thing immediately after turning deck on.

so i assume a short, checked wires coming from distro block and all is well, i dissconnect speaker wires and rca's so that only power and ground are hooked and still both fuses blow right away...

opened the amp and my smt technition wife assures me nothing visible on the amp board is blown...im confused

....please help with advise or suggestions you might have, thank you.

what deck do u have?

ok the whine is probably from your hu not pioneers and premiers have that problem. make sure u reground your head unit and or rcas.. that should deal with the whine. as for your amp check your grounds

including this deck, this is the fourth deck i've tried, all 4 had same noise, 2 were alpines, two were pioneers.......

rcas then ... try a gli on it or ground the rcas to the deck

I'll try the gli, but the 6x9's tht run off deck power only dont have the noise at all in them, i know the other would be amplified but i really think the noise is from the amp, not sure though of course.....more worried about the fuses than the noise, i only mentioned the noise wondering if it could be related to the fuses blowing after 5years of faithfull service (minus the noise)

how close are your rcas to your power ?
