Amp in protection mode after hitting a bump

Hey guys,I was almost run off the road the other day when a semi in the next lane blew a tire and I ended driving over it.As a result,the subs cut out for a second and then played fine until i turned up the volume which at that point they would distort until i turned it down a bit.Now the amp is in protection mode and won't power on,I looked over all my wiring and I found out if I unplug the rcas,nothing comes on.If i plug the rcas back in the amp goes directly in protection again.Any suggestions?

I opened the amp to have a look and everything seems fine,nothing is burnt or looks off.

i'm pretty sure your ground is ripped out of the car somewhere, start there. also, while you ar ein the amp, check the connection for the ground terminal to the board

I double checked everything and the problem still persists,im gonna drop it off for repair later this week
