Amp Help

Alright so I have 2 12" JL Audio W7 and looking for a amp to power them. When you wire them the final ohm load is 1.5. I only want to run 2 amps total. 1 for the subs and 1 for the door speakers. Could you guys recommend me some good amps for me. I am looking for a amp that does 1800-2400watts at 1.5ohm. Looking for a good clean amp that sounds great and puts clean power. My guess would be the amp would have to do around 2600-2700watts at 1ohm to get what I'm looking for at 1.5ohms

If I have no choice I will run 1 amp per sub. These are the amps I have decided on if I run 2.

x2 JL Audio 1000/1v2

x2 JL Audio 1200HD

x2 JL Audio 1200/1v3

There is one amp I have found that could potentially run theses subs. The RF T1500BDCP is underrated and the birth sheet on them are usually 19xxwatts at 1ohm 17xxwatts at 2ohms. This give me 9xxRMS per woofer. I am looking to run 1000RMS per woofer but will run more and set my gains properly so I don't overdue it.

you can either go with constant power with those JLs and rockfords or you can go raw power with sundown, skar, mmats, incriminator audio, ct sounds, dc, soundqubed, crescendo. here's a site to open up some options for you OP. There are plenty of other companies that make good power also. How is your electrical/charging system looking like?

correct with constant power its output constant throughout what it states, you also dont have to worry about box impedance rise. Its just a hefty price tag that comes along with it.

What are some good "raw" power amps that will give me around 2000rms at 1.5ohms. What something that good clean power and has a good reputation in the audio world.

there are many , budget would help .if your looking at 2 jl 1000/1 ,then I would think around $1200 ,you can get a pretty nice amp with that

Well I can get 2 JL 1200/1v3 for 1800. So I guess the budget on my woofer amp is 1800. Remember I need something that does 2000-2400RMS at 1.5ohms
