amp help!!!

i tried to install my 4channel and it doesnt work //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

0gage wire to a distroblock, 4gage to the amp.

amp = Hifonics ZXi4408

all stinger wire, stinger RCA's.

i checked everything, i took it to a local shop and they said theres something wrong with the RCA jack on the amp. I bought the amp from onlinecarstereo and i really doubt it came broken...

titusville... 30min dead east of orlando. the shop who looked at it was Ultimate Sounds. they have a shop in titusville and down in cocoabeach. idk if they know what their talking about but before i go shipping all this stuff back to OCS i want to make sure everything is right. what are some trouble shoot things i can do? like check the amp power light and other things.
