Amp Help

My friend has a Alpine MRD-M301 and it was working for a few days and nothing now. He says it gets power and that but when he checks the amperage, it shows nothing. Also he said that he wired it up to do a 1 ohm load. Also does this amp have a Protection Thing on it?

that amp isnt 1 ohm stable, that was his mistake.

x2. you may want to replace the fuses on the amp, then try the one by the battery. I had a buddy of mind do the same thing. He had his repaired for $100. Let me know if you want the link.
