Amp help please

I have a kicker amp...not even sure of the model number right now..its like 6 channel ,,,its powering 4 alpine speakers and 2 subs but the problem is only 1 sub is getting power...could It be the amp is bad or should I check wiring?...the red rca plug works for both outlets left and right but the white one wont work for either......

how did you wire the subs to teh amp?

what do you mean?..the subs have the left and right wires and then the rca cable coming from the deck...the guy at audioworks said the rca cables could be bad?

swap the sub that works to the other sub out put. see if it works.

also if you have a multi meeter. you can check the voltage on the rca cables. sub outputs. etc. that should let you know if your getting somthing.

I can get both the left and right subs to work when switching the rca cables ..so its gotta be the one rca cable becuase im getting power to both subs....ill try switching the rca cables on the back of the head unit and see what happens
