im trying to find an amp that will run 2 18" FI BTL's at around 3000 rms for daily use, i was thinkin the hifonics goliath as i have a hercules right now and love it, i have a 1100 dollar budget for an amp...thanks for the help

Only 3,000 for the pair? You should put at least their rms rated 4,000 watts into them. For 3K though the RF T30001bd and Sundown 3000d are the first that come to mind.

i was tinking 3000 each but if that is too much ill just go for 2000-2500.

I have taken a personal liking in this AMP after hearing it run a single 15" HiFonics Goliath.

Yet none of those ratings mean shit because how many amps it draws. Not to mention it's fairly priced.

dude do your research. you can easily run 3-4kw PER sub if u know how ot set your gains. they need around 3k to do full justice. i mean they'll wang with 2kw each, but theyre better off with 2500-3000. just dont cause the amp to send a clipped signal by setting your gains too high.

1500w to each would definitly be underpowering them........

I'm doing a Kicker KX2500 per BTL and it does just fine.
