amp for type r 12

Hello.

I have a single type r 12 (dual 4) in a 2.8 NET box @ 32Hz w/ 33 sq in port area.

(tested it with a kx850.2 and it got decently loud off 455rms)

i need an amp that does 600+ @ 2 ohms (and prefer it to make more power @ 1 ohm).

my main concerns are reliability and current draw (civic alt sucks)

i have about $200 USD + ship to spend on the amp.

which amps would you guys reccomend?

btw.. how are these?

memphis pr1kd (power reference amp, 1000@1, 600@2)

havent got it metered yet, not even installed, still runnin the single 15R. and yes the 4 12s will be loud.

how is the memphis power reference series of amps?

do they do rated power? quality?

that PG will be nice. also a kicker kx600.1 would be nice.

oh, i also prefer to have a remote gain because some songs hit much harder than others so i would like to be able to keep the gain down on them to even out the sound

get the pgx600.1...thats what im using...great sound quality when that amp and sub goes together...
