amp for solobaric

I'm considering an amp to run one S10L7 dual voice coil 4ohm or 8ohm solobric sub. I don't want to pay more than $200. I like fosgate. Should I go with a one channel amp or a two channel amp? whats the best way to wire to get the most out of my amp and sub? also, installation into a convertible mustang. any recommendations for positioning?

[ make your solo baric in to 2ohms so you can get alot of bass
