Amp for my Mach 5 SPL-12s..

I have been considering a few amps..

I was told I would be able to find alot of amps after the finals in October.

Right now though.. I'm kinda wondering if two SAE-1000Ds would be enough power for the two 12s. Are these under-rated, and if so, by how much?

If I could get two SAE-1000Ds for around $500....

Theres also a few other amps I'm looking at getting.. I'm not really in a rush..

I can buy a BNIB Massive 3000.1 for $618 shipped to Canada.

I might be able to get a American Bass 500.1 after the finals, as well as GP-3000 Pros...

But with the SAE-1000Ds I'm pretty sure I wouldn't need as much electrical support as I would if I had a Massive 3000 or AB 500.1?

SAE-1000's do about 1200 rms at piece at 1-ohm, at 14 volts.

I'd send them more power.

Yeah I'd have to run it at half ohm. I don't want to do that with a new amp and void the warranty right off the bat.

Yeah had that on my mind too, but $740 for two refurbished amps from dB-r.. ehh.
