Amp for JL W7

What amp is good to use for a JL Audio W7 10in? I'm looking for a strong and clean bump. I want the subwoofer to be able to pick up low notes or low frequency too, and I want it to bump clean and Hard! Do you guys know what amp is good for that type of performance that I'm looking for?

I want something good like how it would be if you were to amp your speakers, such as McIntosh, Audison, and Zapco amps.

Those are not cheap! but it would power it nicely.
You can find a / for around 350
ya was just adding it for the ballers out there. 500/1 is not the only good option but it is the most common to run on that sub, a 1000/1 could also be used.... very carefully

Any amp that'll push 500+ RMS at 4 ohms will work fine. I've read lots of good things about the new CV class GH amps being nice and clean, but I haven't had the funds to buy one myself yet.

And I've bench tested my JL 500/1. It does have more power for a given ohm load, this one ran up to 680w at 1 ohm, while only giving 498w at 4 ohms. Granted it nowhere near doubles as most manufacturers claim, but you do get more when you drop the load (which correlates with ohms law).
