hey all im gonna be getting some infinity kappa 462.5s and im gonna need an amp for them since my headunit does not have one(i dont have it yet either its coming for x-mas). should i get a 2 channel? 4 channel? how many watts? im open to any suggestions....thanks

are they the plate versions? it really just depends one whether you are planning on adding more speakers in the future, a 2 channel will power those speakers fine. Look into this. http://www.millionbuy.com/sosrub3002.html

if you want to save quite a bit of money you coudl also go with a profile, they are decent amps but nothing great.

just get something that puts out around 65 watts rms, you can probably give them a little more.
