amp for idmax

Hey guys I'm thinking about replacing my amp that was stolen a while back (phoenix gold r15) for my 12" idmax v3 d4. I'm trying to keep the price down since I'm on a tight budget with school and all. Any suggestions for me? Trying to spend up to around $200 and I have the sub in a sealed enclosure (see signature).

imo you want a good 500-1000 watts rms ab amp. you could probably find a class d cheaper. check the for sale forum in here ppl always sellin stuff.

Hey guys, how about between these?

Soundstream PCX1000D

Soundstream TRX1000D

Alpine MRP-M850

Any suggestions or comments? They all run 800 watts at 2 ohms and are all the same price at ikesound.

i'd go with the pcx mainly because if you decide to "upgrade" you have the flexibilty at your fingertips iwth the one ohm load option.

they are a bit more then the price range the OP is lookin for but they are wonderful amps that i can tell you.

Yeah that's what I was thinking with the 1 ohm stability of the soundstream I can have the option to upgrade, thanks for the input.
