What would be wrong with two 1500w ZX Kicker amps...Than One Big 3000w rms amp?

Iv never run two amps before. And I was wanting to know if there

would be any problems with setting the amps to put out the same volume?

I was thinking about running Two Kicker ZX1500.1's and that would

put me at 3000w rms. The reason kicker is because there 2ohm stable

and I have four dual 2ohm DC 15's...So i can either get one big 3000w rms

1ohm stable amp... Or two 2ohm stable 1500w rms amps.

Also my box will be chambered so two amps shouldn't affect anything

I have used the 1500s they are very efficent amps but all depends on what 3000 watt amp you wanted to use too 1500s would do better for you daily at 1 ohm. I ran 4 of my amps at .5 for competitons and was getting 1900-2000 out of each one with a 1.5 impedence rise which was under 2 ohms. either way there is nothing wrong with running 2 amps compared to 1

Well here is the problem I want an amp right now. I could buy like the Crunch 3000 pro right now and not have good SQ and a cheap amp

or

I could buy one kicker 1500.1 right now for about the same price and have beat in my truck

and buy the second one later And I could deal with that for now lol

Whooa did you say that i could run the Kicker ZX1500.1 @ 1ohm?? how,

It's a 2ohm stable wont it burn it up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

If you wire a sub to a certain say 1 ohm doesnt mean your amp will see a 1 ohm load due to impedence rise on most cases say if you wire a sub at 1 ohm your amp will probably see a 3 ohm reactive load after rise.

my firends have ran their zx1500.1's at 1 ohm for months. He also had two batteries in the trunk cause the efficiency goes down a little. I've spoken with many team kicker members and have been told you can run them at 1ohm and they measured around 2300 watts at 1 ohm.
