I was wondering if the sundown 100.2 would be enough for the hsk's. I am getting a saz1500 so i wanted to match but im afraid it wouldn't be enough power. I wanted to feed about 200w to them. What do you guys think should i do the 100.2 or go for a diff amp?

I think Jake told me that the 100.2 is pretty spot on, you may be able to get 125x2 out of it before clipping though.

I can't recall exactly what he said though.

i feel like i can give it so much more power though. should i get the AQ 90.4 and bridge it to 240x2 or should i go for a diff amp that puts out about 200.2

The Arc KS 300.2 does 180x2 at 4 ohm, but it is definitely underrated.

I think if you picked up an Arc 300.2, you'd be golden. I'm planning on picking up another set of hertz (165's), or maybe a pair of type X's. ( and using them on my arc)

i would personally go with the 100.4, bridge it into a 4 ohm load, and set your gains correctly. it gives you more head room, your amp will run cooler, and more efficient do to it not being maxed out. and you would have it match your 1500d
