what else u running?

depends, the rating is low but you could put 70 watts max to them, like i wouldnt put anymore if your replacing just those two i would go with a 2 channel alpine amp if you can, keep it the same brand

i got the mtx thunder404 50x4 rms (underrated prob more like 60) and im gonna run my 6x9s off that i got the 5 1/4 type r comps which are 40w rms and they rock

yeah the comps are nice, those have a higher peake thent he 6x9's do, which i think is dumb, i think aall the sspeakers should have like all the same peaks and stuff, but thats a good setup i like the type r's

I am running a Kicker KX 350.4 Multichannel amp on mine and I think it sounds good. But everyone has there own opinions. Just my .02 cents.
