I think i need to build a bigger box. I have the sledgehammer enclosure and i've heard that these subs work wonders in 2.6 cubes? What do you think?

If i get that Kicker ZX1500.1 and get/ make a box that is 2.6 cubes . It's already wired to 2ohms. How many decibels do you think i could hit with my one MTX 9512-44

I've had the sledgehammer box, its a piece of shit. That shit is tuned around 45hz, and its a piece of junk, I still have it in my garage. Build another box, I have my 2 12" MTX 9500's in a 4.7^3 box tuned to 35 hz, and it kills the lows

How do i know what the hz are tuned to? Because if my outside dimensions are 15.5 inches high x 22 inches wide x 17.5 inches deep. What is that tuned to, it will be ported, 14 inch high port 2 inches wide. What is the tuning?

my idea mtx th81001 or th1501d and for chip price my idia is x1000d .

x1000d is better than power accustic and other brands becuase i try it befor

i have mtx 9512-44 and i used power acuostic 3000db .

3000db can not drive sub good and the sound is has distortion and bass is not graet.

i think in 400$ best chose is mtx x1000d.

I have the MTX 81001 on both of my subs and it sounds great.. And I already said, the box is tuned to 45hz.

at now i change mtx - slh-t9512d with mtx - 7515-04 x2 with seald box
