amp for 8 6.5s?

I have 4 Sony gs1720 6.5 which are rated for 75 watts each...the sensitivity is 86 so they can't be under powered at all. The amp I have on them **** a Lazar vibe 2 ch. So I plan on getting 2 more pair and I need an amp for cheap that will power them...I found a Phoenix gold xs4600 which is a 600 watt amp then I seen a MB quart oa800.4 which is 800 watts. Which one should I get... hifonics have a 4 ch. With the same spec as the MB also... the fusing on the MB and hifonics is 20 more then the Phoenix but I think they are over rated.... also lets say they both are the same price at $130...thanks

Well didn't see one in the ads. I would love to get what ever I can that would push these speakers to max. My highs are crap right now. Out of the 2 listed which one would be better ...and would the If I can find the ppi for cheap ill take it

definitely worth it, these amps are tiny reactors man, generate a lot of power for the price and footprint.

Hey Jeff let me know if you ever need to sale one of your brx...I guess I might have to start looking. I'm guessing you guys are saying the other 2 amps won't do anywhere close? Dang I really found a deal on the phoenix gold amp

both are actually decent amps man, just thought you'd want the headroom with speakers that have 86 sensitivity.

I understand the ppi will give 300 more watts then what the speakers are rated for.mwill this cause harm to them. I know I can turn the amp down. Do you think that the ppi can run down to 1 ohm per ch.nthatnwouldnbe great if so but even then the power of the amp would increase which wil put be back to the over power problem...and for the price of the ppi 900.4 I can get a brx 1200. Which is just crazy power them speakers

Hey I found another amp by ppi but it's under the black ice series. Not sure because it has not been rated yet at least not on sonic....Precision Power PPI BA1600.4 1600W Black Ice 4 Channel Car Amp

Ok I'm going with the ppi 600.2 .everyone who sells the ppi 900.2 used on here are most of the the time asking the new price. So I found the 6002. For $109 since sonic doesn't have the 900 in stock. I'm going to run 2 of the 600.2 for 8 6.5 and the use my cheap azz 2 ch. I have now on 2 pair of super cheap speakers for my center console. Or one pair of cheapy and a a 8-10 sub not sure. Need to build it first

How about stop buying cheap *** speakers and buy 1 set of good speakers and 1 decent amp? Probably would come out cheaper in the long run..

There's nothing ghetto about it. Define ghetto....you dik...last time I checked it meant using what you have or are given and making the best out of it.... And please tell me what's wrong with a 4 speakers on a 2 ch. amp....I'm doing it now and it works fine the amp is just not strong enough...I already have 2 sets of Sony gs1720 which cost $70 a set and they are decent... I'm buying 2 more pair. Those will got on a the 2 ppi amps. Plus this would give me more room for power
