whats the RMS of the sub and how many voice coils ?

JL 1000/1 is a good match for those wacky voice coils.....

tons of options out there. what size alternator do you have?

You'll want something that puts out around 750W at 3ohm, so look for something that offers about 1000W at 2ohm, as it generally ends up being close to 750 at 3ohm (usually only 1, 2, or 4ohm values are listed).

The JL 1000/1 is the best match for a 12 or 13W7, though, no doubt. But if you want something cheaper, there are a large number of amps that would work. The JBL BP1200.1 is the only other one I can think of off the top of my head, but there are many others. (And a lot of people have complained of poor build quality on the 1200.1 lately)
