I got a pioneer deh-s5010bt, i put an eq in my car the other day and after i it was installed i keep gettin amp errors not even 5 min after playing. I rewired the headunit and eq and it still keeps happening, i think something maybe wrong w the eq but idk just need sum help please. *it was after i added the eq before that i would play for hours a day without any amp error*

Most likely as amp error is referring to the internal amp ...usually it means it's getting a bad ohm load to low of impedance ..or detecting a bad wire ..pinched and sometimes grounding out ...I've seen this happen on aftermarket speakers where the speaker wire touches the body... or a bad speaker ..when it gets moving its changing the ohm load enough to go into protect getting an amp error.

I just looked up your deck and it has a nice built in 13 band EQ so take the aftermarket one out . You may be overloading the deck.

A lot of times what happens when you put speakers in doors especially if mounting to metal ..and new screws ... the speakers will tweak a little moving especially with steel baskets and will rub the voice coils... sometimes loosening a screw adding spacers or even better build a thin baffle board to mount speaker too so everything is stiff and straight no basket flex

I wires the sub and checked it. It is at 2ohm and the speakers are at 2.5 from what the manual said

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Pretty much. It's just a nice kit. A solo rite Scarlett 2i2, XLR mic and a loop back cable are my next purchases so I can get accurate phase...

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
