CPU fans might not be advisable, as they push too much air (meaning too much noise)

a normal 80mm case fan should suffice. Make sure to get a DC brushless (supposedly less prone to noise), and if possible, get a Zalman fan. It's the most quiet fan I've used so far. (Delta fans being the most powerful and noisy).

You could also get speed controller for the fans. Casefans don't die that easy, although might give you some bearing noise after awhile. Join to a relay and let it turn whenever you've switched on the ignition. It's not expensive to replace too.

construct a box for your amp so that the top of the amp sits flush with the top of the box. on one side of the box, have a fan that pulls sir into the box, and on the other side of the box have another fan that draws air out of the box. this results in a constant current of cool and fresh air being drawn across the heat sinks of your amp. then do whatever you want as far as cosmetics.

Why would it matter it will be in the trunk with my subs nosie will not be an issue //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

you wouldn't have to mount the amp on the box
yes you would. in order to obtain good cooling efficiency, the amp will have to be mounted in the box. if you are just circulating air inside of the trunk that will do nothing at all because the amp will heat up the air in the trunk. if you keep the amp in a seperate compartment you will not be cooling the fan with warm air. and besides all that, it is easier to cool a smaller area than it is to cool a larger area.

if you drove an SUV and heard what a Delta fan sounds like (6,000RPM) you would be concerned about noise.

u know what seems to work well for me ..... but probably not the best was is to put smaller amps by the ports of the subs so that the air blows on them. it doesnt work well for bigger amps only amps for like componants and stuff
