amp connection question?

I just purchased a jbl 4-channel amp and a bazooka powered sub for my pontoon. I was planning on using only high level inputs (speaker wire) for the amp and then tapping in for the sub. The problem is the amp only has rca inputs. MY jensen head unit has what the manual states " rear rca's left and right" Can I use those for the amp and use my high levels for the sub? any advise would be great.

Depends on what you want. Do you really care about front/rear differentiation? Using the rear outputs on the stereo would give you the sound of the rear speakers. If I were you I would get a Line out converter, run RCA's to the JBL and the Rear RCA outputs on the headunit for the sub.
