I just got a saz2500d hooked up in the integra, and im getting a weird issue.

Starting at low volumes it acts like its chopping the signal/ kinda cuttting out quickly but not.

its very strange, it will still get loud but its like the signal cuts in and out

all my grounds are solid, electrical is more then enough, new knu rcas, new remote wire ran

wired at 1.8 ohms, anyone seen an amp do this before

anybody have any input, its like the signal cuts in and out, no protection, power light stays on and bright, electrical is mechman 220 amp alt at 19 volts 6 kinetik hc16vs could there be something wrong with the amp my old amp didnt do this

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
