i was off roading in my 93 jeep. my axle got stuck in mud and had to get pulled out. well in the middle of the ordile i opened my back up and couldn't close it because of the way the frame was sitting. i was worried about my system so i unpluged everything. i eventuring got out w/ only an inch of mud in the jeep. a day later i took apart the amp cleaned with q-tips let it dry out for 2 more days and tryed hooking it back up. well after i fugure out what the professionals did. i had it hooked up. then...........it started smoking turned it off checked the fuses, ground and all the hookups. still after that it smoked again. any advice

well with limited space as it is i really didn't have a choice it sounds great and all i really wanted was to hear everything with my top down. but if i just used a mono amp on the sub and seperate amp on the 6'9"s and 4'6"s up front would that get more sound??

sence you have 3 speakers, a good 4 channel amp wired for 3 channel will work, if you have the money/ space, get a good 2 channel for the 6x9s, and a mono for the sub, and will be loud. sence you off road 1 broken amp is better that 2.. make sence?

lol hey man, thanks for your help its not often i go of roading. but when i got stuck it was the same place my buddy got stuck a week before. so i had to try it. o well i never go unless i intend to break something lol
