amp blown?

i have a lanzar vbr 124 in a custom ported box with the built in amp. i used it for a few months, then took it out because i sold the car it was in. i tried installing it again and all i get is a loud popping/pinging sound out of the subwoofer. im assuming the amp is somehow blown? no fuses are blown, all the wiring is correct..

im assuming a lanzar. it looks like a full package thing you get at walmart with kicker

nope. all of the wiring is good.

doesn't matter if wiring is correct, you need to see if there is resistance at the grounds you make for the amp to see whether if your ground location is a good one or not because its different for each car, surfaces need to be sanded down to bare metal too. Take out a multi-meter and check resistance at each area.

i even went as far as to connect everything directly to the main battery. same result
