Amp at KBaudio for 2 months: how can i get it back?!

The first time took a week or two to "repair" and send back but it wasnt fixed. I shipped it back and havent seen it since. Sergey or whatever his name is has said he has shipped it out several times but each time he replies again a week later saying it never went out and it is now going out. I want my amp back!! The site is down and i dont even have the number to call them. What can i do? This is bullshit.

just wanted to update this... got the amp back and its working! shouldnt have to wait 2 months though
